Actually we have two, we got them from the vet (they were strays).
They fight each other if we let them come into contact.

Not really, we just let them take it in turns to roam the house while one is shut in one room. I'm not sure why we thought it was a good idea to adopt them both, they hadn't even seen eac hother before we took them home.
